Hi! I'm a multidisciplinary builder coming from a spectrum of work experience, including user experience and service design, project management, and sales. As a self-taught artist, I also explore creativity and find moments of contemplative stillness through music, painting, and cultivating plants 🌱

Since my early years of formal business education, I've been guided by a few core beliefs: First, that simple, meaningful products earn retention and referrals. Second, to avoid chasing and building a solution where there isn’t an articulate problem. And third, it all starts with active listening – especially decision making influencers, even if they're not obvious at first.

As product management is so nuanced, I believe in adapting to the sweet spot where data and different perspectives meet intuition and practicality. I find the ability to guide and reconcile natural tension among teams to consensus and championing user-centric design principles as the heart of product management. Setting products up for success isn’t about churning out features, but emphasising simple and easily understandable value to users so we can translate that into sustainable and strong business results.

I've been fortunate to apply this approach to a variety of projects, from healthcare apps and lifestyle products to travel platforms and tools that help small businesses run more smoothly. And I'm excited to continue building, learning, and collaborating with my teams to create things that make a real difference.
